TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
• Prices valid from January 2012 and are subject to change without notice.
• An annual Membership Fee applies to all term students.
• Enrolment is accepted once payment is received. If you are paying by direct deposit, allow at least two working days for payment to be received.
• Each student must enrol separately.
• No refunds given once payment has been processed. Enrolment cannot be transferred to another student. Credit or transfer of classes to future terms, will only be granted at the discretion of management.
• Class times are subject to change. Please ensure you check the website and/or notice board for any changes prior to your class. The office will notify you if a class time does change based on the contact details you provide with your enrolment.
• Lessons cancelled by QJAM will be made up.
• If you miss a class, you may take any class within your age and ability level, at any time, within that term only.
• Payment plans are available through accounts at reception.
• Arrears are handled by our debt collectors, at your cost.
• All choreography is the ‘Intellectual Property’ of QJAM Entertainment and MAY NOT be performed, copied or taught, under any circumstances, without the Director’s written and signed consent. Legal Action will be taken.
• To receive our term discount, student’s term fees must be paid on time, before the first day of term.

Dance classes and associated movement or acrobatic classes can involve risk of personal injury, and whilst QJAM Entertainment takes all reasonable care in the conduct of it’s classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the studio. You the student/parent/guardian are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and medically fit for participating in class and are advised to consult a doctor to proceed, and you take care of your own personal safety at all times.
