Welcome to the NEW QJAM FOR 2012!

Every year you are required to re-enrol in your classes and re-submit all enrolment forms.

STEP 1: Enrol Now

• student registration form
• ** parent/guardian approval required if under 18.

STEP 2: Registration Fee

•  a $15 registration fee per person or $35 family fee is required to cover public liability insurance and other administrative costs

STEP3:  Select Your Classes

• click link above to select your classes for 2012

STEP 4: Pay Term Fees

• pay your term fees now to receive a discounted rate on classes,
• alternatively you can play per class at a set rate

STEP 5: Preparing For Class
